“Just wanted to say a huge thank you for making my wedding day so memorable. You were amazing and I was really touched by your voice and talent once again.”

Karolina's Wedding #3 Apr 12Why have a singer at your ceremony ?

Music at the wedding ceremony can be a wonderful addition to your day, giving you some time within the ceremony to reflect, in an otherwise busy day.

I have sung at many weddings in Hampshire, Sussex and Surrey. Most couples choose to have one or two songs before the ceremony begins to set the mood, followed by a song during the signing of the register.

Getting married in church ?

Once we’ve agreed the repertoire I will sing, all I need is the contact details of the organist and I will arrange a run through in advance of the ceremony.

Popular choices include Ave Maria (Schubert) and Panis Angelicus (Franck).

I also suggest A Gaelic Blessing (Rutter), How beautiful are the feet (Handel) or Laudate Dominum (Mozart)

Having a civil service ?

There is a wide range of repertoire that I can suggest, but it is stipulated by law that the music must be non religious. I can advise you on this to ensure the music is just right for you.
